Water Ionizer Return Policy

Our Invitation:
We invite you to try out our new range of ionizers and enjoy the benefits.
Refund time varies by Manufacturer. See the following:
Chanson Ionizers: Chanson VS-70, Chanson Miracle, Chanson Angel, Chanson Violet, Chanson Eden have a 60 day return policy, all other terms apply.

 If at any time in the return period you wish to return your unit, we will give you a refund, less 10% restocking fee and any shipping including shipping cost incurred when providing free shipping, as long as your ionizer is returned in as new condition and in its original packing. "As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

We value our customers and are very grateful for referrals. This is why we promote such a generous return policy and why we can do with confidence based on years of growth and happy testimonials.

All ionizers shipped in the USA require Adult Signature confirmation upon delivery.  Healing Water Machines is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the post office delivery confirmation shows that your package was delivered, please contact your local post or delivery service. An option to purchase delivery insurance is offered if this is a concern. 

Healing water Machines cannot be responsible for any delay in the delivery of packages, or for delay by customs inspection of International orders.

Restocking fees

Q. Why do you charge a restocking fee?

A. Two reasons. #1. Most of our suppliers charge them to us and we are passing the cost to the customer. #2. We offer free shipping on most items which costs us up to $80 an item in the USA and our credit card processing fees are up to $100 an item. While we are more than happy to allow our customers to try the product, to keep our costs low we pass the cost of a return on to the returning customer not all of our customers.

Return Policy for Pelican Whole House Filters & Softeners

You have 90 days to return your product for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. You pay your own return shipping.

Return Policy for Reverse Osmosis System

Reverse Osmosis System (RO) are not returnable if the membrane has been opened.

Filters Return Policy

We sell only the highest quality filters and inspect every batch in our facility.

All filter sales are final There are no refunds on filters for any reason. If a filter was damaged in shipping we will send a replacement and the damaged filter must be returned to us within 10 business days or we must charge full price for it.

Return Policy for Other Items (not water ionizer)

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping cost.

If you have broken the manufacturer's seal or used the product in any way, you may return the product (exceptions are books and DVDs), subject to a 15% restocking charge within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Phone (949) 600-7970 for RNA# * before Returning any Product. to receive a *Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be sent within 2 business days of our receiving your return.
