On June 20, 2008 I had a PSE 1800 system installed in my home in San Clemente, California by you. For 19 years I had a salt based water softener, which gave soft water but required that I buy bottled water and avoid drinking tap water. Some time ago I had tried an additional charcoal filter system in the kitchen, which didn't improve the taste of the drinking water very much. Since I have the PSE 1800, my tap water has been wonderful to drink and, while the water in the shower isn't quite as soft as it had been with the saline system, it gives abundant suds with soaps such as Oil of Olay and virtually any shampoo. I also purchased a new refrigerator at the time you installed the PSE 1800 system, and in the last 13 months the filter in the refrigerator registers (today) at 50% (no need to replace that filter yet, which shows me that your system is putting good quality water into the refrigerator). Needless to say I am very pleased with the PSE 1800 and I would recommend it to anyone.

At first I was very skeptical about getting a new water system. I didn’t like how soft water effected my hair, but hard water was too hard on our appliances and tasted terrible. I didn’t think we could find a product that would be everything we wanted. Then we found Pelican. It took a few weeks for the benefits of the new system to show, but when they did it was amazing. I never thought a water system could be something to brag about, but I find myself telling everyone how great it is. This is the perfect water system and well worth the investment.

In May, 2008 Ronnie Ruiz installed a Pelican Salt Free Water Softener in our home and I can say without fear of contradiction that it works admirably: exactly as Mr. Ruiz said it would. We now have soft water, no calcium deposits on our faucets or shower glass and, for the first time, wonderfully lathering soap. It is salt free and, thus, non-polluting and requires no maintenance whatsoever except for a simple exchange of a very inexpensive pre-filter at approximately 6 month intervals. We are delighted with the system and can unequivocally recommend it to anyone with a hard water problem.

As happy as we are with the system, we are equally happy with the excellent service rendered by Mr. Ruiz and his organization. His workers are polite, clean, neat cooperative and wonderfully competent. He and/or they give you a time certain (not a 4 hour window) and on the very few occasions we have had to call upon him they have come on time.

We whole heartedly recommend both the Pelican System and Mr. Ruiz’ company.

I recently purchased the Pelican PSE 1800 and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the product and the great customer service. I received it within 5 days as you told me & used a plumber that you recommended and it worked out great! I appreciated the honest recommendations regarding what product I should purchase without a "hard sell". The water immediately felt better, no slippery feel to it & no reduction in pressure. I like the fact that it is environmentally friendly without chemicals and is keeping the plumbing and fixtures cleaner which I know will increase the life of my appliances and will save me money. So, not only am I pleased with the system but extremely happy with the customer service which these days can often be a lost art so you definitely have a satisfied customer.

Since my family purchased "The Healing Water Machine" we drink water at every meal, even my baby girl loves it. We are saving money from not buying bottled water and Alkaline Water from our tap tastes great and makes us feel healthier.
